We accept your logo artwork for approval via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please include your order number in the subject line.
We require Editable Vector Art in commonly used formats including Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, EPS, JPG and PDF. Your artwork will be scaled to fully utilize the imprint area. Colors should be st as PMS spot colors.
Additional set up charges to those stated in the products may apply for non-vector artwork or complex artwork that has to be fully redrawn.
Font types may be specified for text, but if it is a type of font we do not have, we will match it a close as possible or ask for a font file.
You will be email a proof of your logo/text for approval before production can begin.
Production times may vary based on product type. Please see individual product information for usual time allotted to ship that product. Orders will not be sent to production until artwork is approved. We will request a specified ‘In Hands Date’ for each order at check out.
Orders with an 'In Hands Date' that requires it to be shipped earlier than the stated time allotted to ship for that product are subject to a 10% rush surcharge, $20 minimum. Expedited shipping charges may also apply.
ON LINE ORDERS:
On line orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart system sponsored by Yahoo. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No personal checks are accepted.
ORDER PROCESSING AND CHARGING:
When you place your order online we obtain an authorization for the total amount on your credit card but do not process the credit card charge until your order ships. Exceptions to this may occur for larger dollar orders where we would require a 50% deposit upon placing your order with the remaining 50% being charged once your order ships.
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via your email address. If for any reason it does not express what you intended please contact us immediately.
When the order ships you will receive an email confirmation that your product has shipped along with a tracking number. Not all suppliers, however, provide tracking numbers.
For ground shipments allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery. For express air allow 2 to 3 business days. Note: For orders requested to be shipped Express Air you must allow processing time as stated for the product. Your product will ship express air after the stated production time.
Estimated shipping costs are calculated during check out and added to the product price with options being Ground, 3 Day Express or 2 Day Express. Actual shipping cost may differ depending on the size of the order and the need to ship in multiple packages. We will notify you if additional shipping charges are needed. Most products can be shipped via UPS, our preferred service. Sometimes, for smaller items, we ship via the USPS Priority Mail as they offer more economical rates for smaller packages
Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions of the product for locations within the continental U.S. For Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Alaska a shipping surcharge will be applied. You will be contacted within 48 hours if these additional charges will be applied.
Most products can be shipped to Canada and our preferred service is UPS Standard. This service provides tracking every step of the way, delivery directly to your door, and quicker shipping times compared to USPS; typically taking between 2 -7 business days for delivery to most destinations.
Sometimes, for smaller items, we ship to Canada via the US and Canadian Post Office as they offer more economical rates for smaller packages. This service typically takes between 10-12 business days to be delivered. Once the package leaves the US, we cannot control delivery or track the package. If any questions arise about your delivery, we ask that you check with your local post office and postal carrier.
Customer will be responsible for any custom fees incurred with either service.
Each order will be processed on a case-by-case basis as we will compare services and select the best option available for your specific order and destination. If you have a preference between the services, please make a note in the comments section at checkout.
*A shipping surcharge will apply to all Canadian orders, but the estimated shipping charges cannot be calculated during checkout. After we receive and process your order, you will be sent an email indicating which service we selected and a request for approval of the additional shipping charges. You will have the opportunity to approve the charges, request a different service, or cancel your order without penalty.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:TOURNAMENT PLANNING:
Eureka Golf Products offers two options for international orders:
1. Direct shipment through the US Postal Service to the recipient's postal service. This option is less expensive and may not be subject to customs fees. We will adjust the shipping charge to reflect the actual cost before we ship your order. It typically takes as many as 3-4 weeks to arrive and no guarantees are made for international shipments via the US Postal Service. Disclaimer: Eureka Golf Products is not responsible for undelivered, lost, or damaged items. Customer is responsible for any customs fees that apply. Tracking is not available once item leaves the United States.
2. Shipment via UPS - If you would prefer this method, please let us know and we can provide you with a quote. The cost will be more expensive than the US Postal Service, but you will receive a faster transit with better tracking capabilities. No guarantees are made for international shipments and standard UPS terms and conditions will apply. Disclaimer: Eureka Golf Products is not responsible for undelivered, lost, or damaged items, but can assist UPS claim filing. Customer is responsible for any customs fees that apply.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:
All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility; Eureka Golf Products has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, they will be liable for any costs incurred by Eureka Golf Products.
No returns are accepted for customized, personalized, special order products.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with all packing fillers, packing slips and packaging tightly sealed. Our products ship from different suppliers throughout the country and therefore each return is handled differently by each supplier.
Returned product is assessed a 10% re-stocking charge. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to a location to be specified by Golf Trophies and More. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Products damaged must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Keep all packaging, packaging filler material, documentation, and the original package or box.
Email: email@example.com to request a claim to be conducted by our supplier’s transportation carrier.
Include in your email the following:
-What carrier delivered your product ex. UPS, USPS
-Explain what exactly is damaged about the product
-Are you interested in a replacement product
After receiving your email we will respond to you with our follow-up action.
Event Winners: 1st place, 2nd, place, 3rd place. Depending on the tournament (member/guest, co-ed), may need multiple trophies for each place.
Longest Drive: Typically two awards, one for the front nine and one for the back nine. Co-ed events may designate both men's and women's longest drive.
Closest to Pin: As many awards as there are par 3's. Co-ed events may designate both men's and women's award.
Tournament/Tee Prizes: most golf events will gift a gift to every participating player.
Fun Awards: Some examples of these awards would be "Highest Score", "Shortest Drive", "Most Putts", "Most Lost Balls".
